F.A.Q.
ASK US ANYTHING.All our honey and bee pollen are locally sourced from family-owned apiaries across Maricopa County, Queen Creek, Mesa, Gilbert, and surrounding Arizona regions. We partner only with beekeepers who follow sustainable, chemical-free practices to ensure the highest quality raw honey and pollen.
Bees are essential pollinators responsible for supporting nearly one-third of the world’s food supply. They help plants grow, reproduce, and maintain healthy ecosystems. Without bees, crops, flowers, fruits, and entire habitats would struggle to survive.
People with allergies to bees, pollen, or bee products should use caution. We recommend starting with very small amounts and consulting your healthcare provider before adding bee pollen or raw honey to your routine.
While honey cannot easily be certified organic in the U.S. due to open-range bee foraging, our products are sourced from beekeepers who follow chemical-free, pesticide-free, and sustainable practices. All honey is raw, unfiltered, and naturally produced.
Raw honey is generally safe for adults, but we always recommend speaking with your doctor or healthcare provider before adding any new bee products—especially bee pollen—during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Raw honey is unfiltered, unheated, and unprocessed, meaning it retains all its natural enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins, and pollen. This gives it a richer flavor and more nutritional benefits compared to processed honey. Read more here.
Grade A honey is clearer and more filtered, while Grade B honey is darker, richer, and more nutrient-dense because it contains natural pollen and enzymes. Many people prefer Grade B for its real, raw flavor and added benefits. Read more here.
Yes—raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. This is a sign of purity and high pollen content. To re-liquify, simply place the jar in warm water.
Most people notice results within 1–2 weeks of taking ½ teaspoon daily. For best results, pair bee pollen with raw local honey to help your body adjust to local allergens.
Honey can be stored at room temperature indefinitely. Bee pollen should be refrigerated after opening to maintain freshness and nutritional value.
