Happy Bees Market LLC - Return Policy

At Happy Bees Market LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 business days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at HappyBeesMarket@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
