Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey garlic mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
