- 1 cup quinoa, cooked
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 2 tablespoons honey
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the quinoa mixture and toss to combine.
- Serve chilled.
