- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Vegetables of your choice (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas)
- Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Pan-fry tofu until golden brown.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
- Pour the honey-soy glaze over the tofu and vegetables, toss to coat.
